Heaven is For Real
Todd Burpo
Introduction
Heaven is For Real is an astounding, true story about a young boy named Colton Burpo, who lives with his family in Imperial, Nebraska. After a long series of medical injuries to the father of the family, the Burpos take a well deserved, relaxing vacation. However, disaster strikes when Colton becomes violently sick and is rushed to the hospital. Several stressful days later, Colton makes a miraculous recovery. No one has an explanation for this, until Colton casual mentions meeting angels while he was in operation. Over the course of the next few months, the Burpo family begins to realize that their son may have made a journey to Heaven and back.
Prediction/inferences
I predicted that Colton was not going to live through his surgery
I inferred that because Cassie recovered right away, she just had a common flu.
